Common Symptoms: Inflammation and pain at the elbow, especially after activity.

How can Physiotherapy help? It can control inflammation, restore the usual muscle flexibility and regain strength.

What to expect during treatment: Inflammation reduction techniques, soft tissue massage, stretching and strengthening exercises.

What can you do for yourself? Ice the area in the early stages to reduce inflammation and pain, and seek advice from a physiotherapist.
