Common Symptoms: Pain in and around the knee, predominantly during movement. Reduced mobility may occur due to the pain, which can also result in swelling around the knee.

What can you do for yourself? Rest your knee during periods of activity, elevating the leg and compressing the knee with ice. Seek advice from a physiotherapist for advice on exercise and rehabilitation.
