Treana Hudson
Treana began her career in complementary health care 5 years ago when she obtained a diploma in Reflexology, Anatomy and Physiology with the Northern school of Reflexology. She is a Graduate of the Northern School of Reflexology (G.N.S.R.) and a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (M.A.O.R.). Treana became interested in Traditional Thai massage 9 years ago after she joined the Wicker Camp Thai Boxing Gymnasium. There she learned the similarities between the stretches in Thai boxing and traditional Thai massage and the many important benefits these have on the body, both physically and emotionally. Her interest lead Treana to travel around Thailand studying various courses and receiving many massages to help her build up her expertise in this field. She studied traditional Thai massage at the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai and at Wot Po in Bangkok where she obtained certificates in body work and Thai reflexology. She has since returned to Thailand to extend the range and breadth of her knowledge. Treana’s keen interest in the benefits of stretching the muscles and tissues lead her to London where she studied and gained a diploma in the ancient art of Indian Facial Rejuvenation which not only calms the mind but acts as a non surgical face lift, toning the muscles and reversing habitual expressions which every day stresses leaves on our face.
